We have an extremely wide range of products, some of these are held in our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Cheltenham. However, some of them are held in distribution centres in the UK. We also operate a European warehouse which holds stock for us and some items are made to order. Because of this, the length of time for dispatch and delivery can vary.
We will do our best to keep product pages updated with accurate information and apologise if some information is not correct. If items are in stock, dispatch will usually be within 24 hours. However, if items are out of stock, held in Europe or made to order, this may be longer. If you would like to check, please use the live chat service, send an email or call us to confirm.
We do for orders that are in stock in our warehouse. These items will be dispatched by DPD or the national pallet network. Other items will be delivered in the timeframe put on the product page. The order must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day delivery.
No, our warehouse team are not able to dispatch items over weekends or bank holidays.
Yes, however there will be additional charges and customs that will need to be paid. Please send an email to sales@jaydeeliving.co.uk, include what you need and where it should be delivered to and we will be able to help.
We are very sorry about this, while we do everything we can to protect items in transit, damages do happen. If you can please mark the box or pallet as "unchecked" or "damaged box" so we can speak with the courier.
If you have only opened the box then please email or call us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement out to you. To save any lengthy delays we will typically ask for a picture of the damaged recycling bin. This enables us to get a replacement sent out before the other goods are returned back.
All products that leave our warehouse in Cheltenham are packed in boxes that contain at least 90% recycled material. We have trialled 100% and sadly that resulted in a large increase in the number of breakages. Our air pockets that protect the bins inside the box are made from 100% recycled material and are also bio-degradeable.
