The 1,000L 30° Closed Top Conical Tank is designed for applications where controlled drainage and solid settlement are important. The 30° sloped base helps liquids flow towards the outlet, making it easier to remove solids and fully empty the tank.
This tank is made in the UK from food-grade, UV-protected plastic and will not rust. Can hold liquids up to a specific gravity of 1.5 and is usually used in food production, brewing, wastewater treatment, and chemical work. The cone-shaped base helps liquids drain better, leaving less residue and making mixing, processing, and cleaning easier.
A 2” full drain outlet comes as standard, making it easy to empty the tank fully. An optional racking port can be added if needed. The tank can also be fitted with extras like mixers, level sensors, fill pipes, and different inlet or outlet options. Open or closed bunds are available to help with spill protection and meet Health & Safety requirements.
