The 1,500L 60° Closed Top Conical Tank is made for situations where complete drainage and easy separation of solids are needed. The steep 60° cone base helps liquids and solids flow smoothly towards the outlet, reducing build-up inside the tank and making cleaning easier.
This tank is made in the UK from food-grade, UV-protected plastic and will not rust. Can hold liquids up to a specific gravity of 1.5 and is usually used in food production, brewing, wastewater treatment, and chemical processing. The conical shape improves mixing and supports processes such as clarification, settlement, sludge handling, and dewatering.
The tank comes with a 2” full drain outlet as standard so it can empty fully. A racking port can be added if needed. Can also fit extras like mixers, level sensors, fill pipes, and different inlet or outlet fittings. Open or closed bunds are available to help contain spills and meet Health & Safety rules.
