Product Information

The 2,000L CAT5 Type AB Air Gap Break Tank is built to comply with potable water systems that require Fluid Category 5 protection. Manufactured from WRAS-approved, UV-stabilised MDPE, the tank is one-piece, seamless, and fully rust-proof for long-lasting use. It is UK-made and comes with a 10-year guarantee.

This tank comes with a Type AB air gap weir overflow to prevent the inlet from being submerged, protecting the mains water supply from contamination if pressure drops. A cowled screened overflow keeps debris and light out, while the 620mm lid allows easy inspection and maintenance. A 1.5” outlet is supplied as standard.

The tank measures 1200mm in diameter and 2332mm high for inlets up to 32mm, increasing to 2532mm for inlets up to 50mm. Larger weirs and optional fittings are available to suit different installations.

We offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders above £49, under this total and it will incur an additional £4.50 delivery charge.
