The 250L 45° Closed Top Conical Tank is designed for applications where full drainage and solid settlement are needed. The 45° sloped base allows liquids to drain completely, helping with clarification and the removal of solids from liquids.
This tank is UK manufactured from food-grade, UV-stabilised polyethylene and is fully rust-proof. It can hold liquids up to a specific gravity of 1.5 and is usually used in food processing, brewing, wastewater treatment, and chemical work. The conical shape helps liquids drain properly, reducing build-up and making mixing and processing more efficient.
A 2″ outlet at the base is included as standard, making it easy to drain the tank in a controlled way. A racking port can be added if needed. Extra options like mixers, level sensors, inlets, outlets, flanges, and fill pipes are also available. Open or closed bunds can be fitted to improve safety and help contain spills.
