The 3,150L 60° Closed Top Conical Tank is designed for jobs where full drainage and good separation of solids are important. The steep 60° cone base helps liquids flow smoothly and allows solids to settle, reducing vortexing and leaving less residue inside the tank.
This tank is UK manufactured from food-grade, UV stabilised polyethylene. It is fully rust proof and suitable for liquids up to a specific gravity of 1.5. It is commonly used in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, brewing, food production, and industrial mixing where clean emptying is required.
A 2” full drain outlet is supplied as standard, and a racking port can be added as an optional extra. The tank can also be fitted with equipment such as mixers, level sensors, fill pipes, and a range of inlet and outlet fittings. Open or closed bunds are available for secondary containment to help meet Health & Safety requirements.
