The 500L Lay-Flat Transport Tank is designed for safe and reliable liquid transport on trailers, bowsers, and vehicles. Made from UV-stabilised polyethylene, the tank is strong and durable while staying lightweight. It is fully rustproof and suitable for storing water, liquid fertiliser, AdBlue, and other liquids up to a specific gravity of 1.5.
The tank includes moulded baffles inside to help keep liquid steady during transport, reducing movement and improving stability on the road. It comes with a 355 mm plastic lid and a 1.5″ outlet for easy filling and emptying. An optional mounting frame is available for secure installation, and the tank can also be customised with different outlet fittings to suit industrial or agricultural setups.
This tank is manufactured in the UK and is available in black, boat blue, and natural colours. The natural version is suitable for storing AdBlue / urea. Optional baffle balls can also be added for extra liquid control during transport.
