The 9,000L Vertical Open Top Water Tank is a large-capacity tank designed for safe storage and handling of liquids. Made from food-grade, UV-stabilised polyethylene, it is suitable for liquids up to a specific gravity of 2.0. Its vertical shape holds a large amount of liquid while taking up little floor space, making it a good choice for indoor setups and mixer systems. A metal stand can also be added if required.
This tank is often used for storing, mixing, and blending chemicals, brine and salt solutions, aquaculture, plating work, water softening systems, dipping tanks, and temporary liquid storage. It is suitable across many sectors including industrial, agricultural, chemical, wastewater and domestic applications.
The open-top design gives full access to the inside of the tank, making equipment mounting and customisation straightforward. Multiple upgrade options are available depending on project needs, such as level sensors, BSP threaded inlets and outlets, fill pipes, welded sockets, vents, PN16 and ANSI flanges and fume-proof lids. The tank can also act as an open bund for smaller tanks to support Health & Safety compliance and provide spill containment.
