The Derwent 5-Slat Bench is a durable and stylish seating option for parks, gardens, and other communal outdoor areas. It combines comfort, practicality, and quality design, making it suitable for both public spaces and private projects.
This bench is available in two lengths—1200 mm and 1800 mm—allowing flexibility for different spaces. It is built with a strong 30 x 50 mm steel frame that is zinc-primed and painted in a range of colours. The bench can be supplied with or without armrests, which are 8 mm thick, to suit different needs.
The seat and backrest are made from PEFC-certified oak, 36 mm thick, available in light oak or mahogany stain finishes. This keeps the bench looking great while promoting sustainable forestry. It is easy to install on base plates, which provide stability and security. In coastal areas, an extra galvanised treatment is recommended to protect the steel and help the bench last longer.
