The Derwent Easy-Access Chair is built for comfort, stability, and easy use, especially for older adults and those with limited mobility. Its thoughtful design makes sitting and standing simpler, providing a practical and welcoming seat for parks, gardens, and other public areas.
With a seat length of 600 mm and a seat height of 540 mm, the chair offers a comfortable sitting position. The frame is made from strong 30 x 50 mm steel tubes that are zinc-primed and painted for long-lasting protection. A 50 x 30 mm steel footrest and 8 mm thick armrests add extra support and durability.
The seat and backrest are made from 36 mm thick PEFC-certified oak, available in light oak or lacquered mahogany finishes. These finishes not only give a natural and stylish look but also protect the wood against outdoor conditions.
The Derwent Easy-Access Chair is fixed on base plates for a secure setup. For coastal locations (within 5 miles), an additional galvanised coating is advised to protect the steel frame from salty air and moisture.

We offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders above £49, under this total and it will incur an additional £4.50 delivery charge.
