The Derwent Nursery & Primary Tree Bench is a bright and practical bench designed for outdoor areas in nurseries and primary schools. It gives kids a comfy spot around trees where they can meet, play, and spend time safely.
The bench is available in two sizes to fit different age groups. The nursery bench is lower at 270 mm with a wider 1240 mm inner diameter, perfect for younger kids. The primary bench is taller at 390 mm with a 915 mm inner diameter, making it perfect for older kids. Both sizes share a 2000 mm outer diameter, giving plenty of room for kids to sit comfortably around a tree.
The frame is built from strong steel tubes (30 x 50 mm) that are zinc primed and painted in a durable blue finish (RAL 5010), making the bench sturdy and weather-resistant. For coastal locations, additional galvanised protection is recommended to prevent corrosion.
The seat and backrest are built from exotic hardwood and painted in bright red, yellow, green, and blue colours. The vibrant colours make the bench fun and inviting that encourages children’s creativity and adding a lively feel to the outdoor area. For its stability and safety, the bench is fixed onto base plates making it an ideal spot for kids to sit, play, and enjoy themselves in busy school playgrounds and gardens.

We offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders above £49, under this total and it will incur an additional £4.50 delivery charge.
