The Upright Racking Protector – 600mm High – Large helps protect pallet racking uprights from forklift and MHE impacts in busy warehouse environments. It fits securely around the base of the upright, where damage is most likely to occur.
It's manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the protector flexes and absorbs impact energy instead of transferring force into the racking or floor. Its patented design helps deflect collisions and provides a proven reduction in damage of up to 80%.
The clip-on design allows for quick installation with no bolts or floor fixings required. High-visibility colouring clearly marks racking positions and improves driver awareness. Built for demanding environments, it offers a long service life of over 15 years and is suitable for cold-store use. The protector is fully recyclable and tested to FEM 10.2.16 standards.
